To recap; weekly you will work out with our very experienced trainers & a small group of fellow TRIDENT participants. You will meet your nutritionist every week at the training event. Your diet & exercise performance will transmitted & assessed daily through the programme by your PT, nutritionist & dietician. Our team are always contactable to help via multiple methods.

This level of support offered is worth well over £1400 (if you hired all these experts independently).

Every TRIDENT participant is issues with a Jawbone® fitness tracking device; designed to track your exercise & diet. This information will also be sent to TRIDENT daily for assessment.
